Run in Background
Vendors of Android phones have the ability to disable certain features of Android that change or eliminate an app’s ability to run in the background. You should check the website (https://dontkillmyapp.com) to see how the phone, on which you’ve just installed the StudyBoosti app, handles running apps in the background and, if necessary, follow the steps there to enable background running.
Bluetooth Issues
The Bioboosti device’s Bluetooth radio has a short range and, to ensure that the mobile device and the Bioboosti device remain connected, try to ensure that you never go more than 3 ft (1m) away from the phone while using the device.
Most Bluetooth issues (disconnections, etc.) can be handled by turning Bluetooth ON and OFF on your mobile device. Start with this and restart the treatment process.
